We hope that you love your Virtuosa jewellery, however if this is not the case, we will refund any item you are unhappy with if returned to us in its original, unaltered condition within 30 days from when you received it.

Clean with a mild soapy-water mixture, and gently brush with a soft-bristled brush to remove excess build-up.

Dry and regularly polish with our anti-tarnishing polishing cloth.
